Sustainable Designing

Featured in ADAPTATION, a sustainable style and design fashion show at the SF Green Festival 2012.

Re-designed pieces from recycled clothing and fabrics, making it a one-of-a-kind piece. Every look is sustainable, either re-designed or second-hand garments altered to fit.

Example: Transformed a paisley print robe into a kimono wrap top, bralette, and button down shirt. Cut a puff vest in half, used the top as a yoke on an asymmetrical blouse and used the bottom half as a button down skirt. Combined the sleeves, collar and button panel from a shirt to bed sheets to make a unique dress.
